A business based on one spice only.
Always open, every day of the year, even on Christmas Eve Night. Easy to come to, stay
and leave, professional, loose but adequate service.
Soft classical background music.
An international slow-food kitchen. Everything is prepared in the restaurant, no food
tastes like ours. Because we tie more personnel to the food-making than many
other restaurant, it also shows in our prices.
We do no marketing. We try to be so good, so different from the others, that the bush
telephone keeps calling.
We aim at being a good restaurant, always at your service, but not a distinguished
place.
